Working with Will from Providence Builder group was fantastic from phone call one. He explained the process with great detail, listened to my concerns about the conception of the project and communicated in a timely and professional manner throughout! I was reluctant to do any additional work on my house because of previous experience but this time with Will and Providence it was an absolute pleasure and I would 100% call him first before any home project I may have. The crew was on time, punctual, respectful and did exactly what he said they were going to do. My storm shelter was installed in one day and this included taking down and putting back up my fence! The site was cleaned very well and it was like nothing happened to the fence which I was very happy about! Highly recommend these guys! Thanks again!

The team did a fantastic job with removing 2 load bearing walls between the kitchen and living room. We were very impressed with the experience level of each trade and definitely would hire them again. Overall very good experience.

Will and his crew build houses and do major remodels, however, they stepped in quickly to handle a master shower rebuild that had gone wrong with a different company. It was a bad situation at a rental house and they fixed it. It's not like they are specifically shower repair guys, they just helped me. The main project I hired Will for was to rebuild and restore an historic barn. Again, it's not what he normally does, he builds houses. But I was in dire need and it has turned out to be a great project. He's very responsive and the guys are there working on a continuous basis. We've had a number of big setbacks and delays, not caused by either of us. He has hung in there and always come back. I've done a number of large-scale construction projects, in a different city, and I've had about a 50% success rate with contractors. I am fortunate to have met Will, and would hire him over and over again.

The project went very smoothly- they were in and out in three weeks . The subs were always on time or early . They did a great job of protecting my hardwoods and we’re respectful and Courteous. Communication was excellent - they actually pick up the phone when you call! They also offered great ideas on some of my projects . Overall a great experience working with providence builders - would definitely use them again
